One of the game’s signature mechanics is the corruption meter, which rises when taking specific types of damage or interacting with certain environmental hazards. In 0.32b, the developer has rebalanced the meter’s decay rate. Previously, corruption felt punitive beyond recovery. Now, there are more safe rooms and consumable items (at a higher rarity) to reduce it, making the game less frustrating but no less tense. Combat in Guilty Hell 2 is methodical
