Open Base.pbp 2021: Psx2psp Error Cannot

If you have an official PS1 Classic EBOOT from the PlayStation Store, you can often rename that file.

If the file is in the correct place but the error persists, it may be a Windows permissions issue. Right-click PSX2PSP.exe and select Run as Administrator Check for Path Issues psx2psp error cannot open base.pbp
