Most OMSI default buses sound generic. The Volvo 8700 mods (particularly those from the Hungarian and Swedish modding communities) feature recorded samples from real D9B engines. The deep, guttural growl when accelerating from a stop, followed by the distinct hiss of the pneumatic brakes, creates immersion that few other mods can match.
