The story follows a male protagonist who becomes involved with a popular net idol named Hinako. As the story unfolds, the protagonist becomes increasingly obsessed with Hinako, leading to a complex exploration of themes such as relationships, intimacy, and the blurring of reality and fantasy.
There isn’t much plot beyond the setup. A tutor gets hired, identifies the target, and uses manipulation and sexual prowess to break their will. The “report” (houkoku) framing device adds a cold, documentary-like tone — as if the tutor is logging conquests. This works for the genre’s fans, but others may find it repetitive or hollow.
