The script utilizes the [Security.Principal.WindowsPrincipal] check to enforce Administrator rights. The -AllUsers parameter is the critical switch here; without it, the package installs only for the currently logged-in user context, even if run as Admin. Add-AppxPackage -Path "C:\Path\To\YourApp
