Civil Procedure is not Constitutional Law (which is relatively stable). The CPC changes monthly via new Repercussão Geral decisions. A PDF from 2023 might still reference the old Incidente de Desconsideração rules. A PDF from 2020 is missing three years of STJ case law. Studying from an outdated PDF means you will likely fail the OAB or a public tender.
