Restart your PSP (Complete shutdown, not sleep). Press Select on the XMB to open the VSH menu. Go to and ensure CwCheat shows as Enabled .
Once the game has loaded, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The CWCheat menu should overlay your screen.
