Rush Hour Tamilyogi Access

Consul Han calls upon his trusted friend and top detective, Inspector Lee, to fly to Los Angeles to help rescue his daughter. The FBI, specifically Agent-in-Charge Warren Russ (Mark Rolston), does not want a foreign detective interfering in their case. To keep Lee out of the way, the FBI calls the LAPD and requests a "babysitter" to keep Lee occupied.
